Tax compliance, ICAP: the new international border between multinationals and tax administrations

The OECD-based project called the International Compliance Assurance Program - ICAP was officially presented on 23 January 2018. This is a transparent, preventive and voluntary collaboration procedure between multinational groups and tax administrations, aimed at mapping, identifying and preventing tax risk in the international transactions.
